OBJECTIVE
The aim of the workshop is to present the best practices related to the edging process with an in-depth look at the reduction and / or control of the number of defective products.

Presentation of Cosmob Laboratory.
Process control and management:
• control of purchased materials (sample testing and continuous monitoring);
• identification and verification of critical process variables (ambient conditions, glue temperatures, panel speed and roller pressure);
• verification of correlation between UNI 9240:2016 accredited test performed by Cosmob and company test done with portable instrumentation;
• verification of finished product (performance tests);
• presentation of CQP (Cosmob Qualitas Praemium) process control – Edgebanding.
